Founder Lonnie Markley learned framing from a master carpenter in Burnaby before spending a decade restoring heritage homes across the Lower Mainland. That apprenticeship still sets the standard: measure to the millimetre, specify materials that age well, and never hand over a site you wouldn't be proud to bring your family through.

Today the crew is a tight team of licensed trades covering carpentry, tiling, electrical and finishing. We take on a limited number of renovations each year — enough to give every project the attention it deserves, and few enough that nothing slips.
